The Prox pen is budget-priced yet easy and fun to make. It is perfect for the beginner or experienced turner alike. The finished pen will have some heft, and the plating comes with a heavy clear top layer of protection to help it withstand the rigors of everyday wear and tear.

This kit takes Parker-style ballpoint refills, Prox bushings, and Prox replacement tubes. It uses a 3/8′ drill bit.
